My First Hat Class October 7, 14, 21

Beginning Knitting: Knit your own hat for winter!
Skills learned will be:
Understand Gauge
Read a pattern
Basic Stitches: Stretchy cast-on, knit, purl.
Use circular and double-pointed (dpn) needles.
Finishing
Meets Wednesday nights, October 7, 14, and 21, 6 to 8 pm
Materials needed: 
One skein of yarn, sport/DK, worsted, or bulky
US 16" circular needle and DPN set to match yarn weight
sport=> US 5, worsted => US 7, Bulky => US 10
